At Keshet, we're more than just a fashion label! We are a community that strives to empower and bring confidence through beautiful, ethical and most importantly quality fashion, ranging from a size 8 through to 24.
Meet our CEO
Our seasonal collections are dreamed up by our founder, Melodie, in Hobart, Tasmania. And it’s here in Tasmania that our dedicated team of creatives collectively bring this dream to life! Working together to create innovative garment designs, curating our range of beautiful fabrics and the development of our unique prints and colours that Keshet offers you today!
Our journey began in 2004, when we made our first splash at the iconic Salamanca Market. Since then, Keshet has grown and flourished, opening a storefront in Hobart’s Bank Arcade and expanding to become a thriving online and wholesale retailer. Today, women from all over the world are adorned in our gorgeous range of clothing!
Our tribe consists of colourful creatives from all corners of the globe. We cherish and thrive on the unique mix of cultures and experiences that each individual brings, creating a space that's both diverse and collaborative. This blend contributes to the rich tapestry of creativity that defines the very essence of Keshet.
Our strong commitment to doing what's right runs through everything we do. We collaborate closely with our manufacturers to ensure meticulous craftsmanship,
ethical working conditions and a sustainable production process is behind each and every garment we create.
We celebrate inclusivity and diversity which is why Keshet's one-of-a-kind designs are created with the mindful intention of making you feel beautiful no matter your shape or size! With that in mind, we are aiming towards offering up to a size 30 in the very near future.

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
Keshet is my first baby! I am the founder, CEO, Lead Designer, and Creative Director! It all started when I was a hairdresser who designed and made her own clothes. I used to get asked all the time, "Where did you get that, and how do I get one too?" I then went off traveling and started working with master tailors in India, co-creating my wildest fashion dreams in the most beautiful fabrics imaginable. I made a few extra pieces that I thought I might try and sell at the Salamanca Markets on my return to Tasmania. They sold out in about 5 minutes, and that’s where the Keshet journey began!
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a mom of 3, two boys aged 6 and 16, and a daughter aged 13. I adore spending time with my children! We all love listening to music, so there is always a queued playlist going. When we can, we enjoy spending time together at home cooking, gardening, or just hanging out. Otherwise, it’s Sunday brunches, bike riding, or beach walks with our dog.
What’s an item you can’t live without?

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
I started out in the admin role and then supported dispatch whenever I was needed. I absolutely loved the floating position, which is why I am in my current role now, communicating between different roles and making processes run smoothly.
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
I go to yoga or pilates almost every night after work. I love it! On my weekends, I enjoy hiking with my dog and being out in the fresh air.
What’s an item you can’t live without?
My headphones are always in my pocket! I love discovering new music and listening to audiobooks or podcasts.

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
I started at Keshet in May 2025 and quickly became the “Yes, I can do that!” girl. I work across dispatch, admin and socials, keeping engagement flowing, writing social captions and everything in between.
And when that’s not enough… I even jump into photoshoots 🤣 filming content, helping the models, and doing whatever needs doing on the day.
I honestly LOVE how no two days are the same. I thrive on floating between tasks and being involved in a little bit of everything. The variety is my happy place 🥰
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
When I’m not at Keshet, I’m usually living my market life 💃 Me and my partner run a mobile food business, so I spend my time selling chocolate-strawberries 🍓🍫.
If I’m not at a market… I’m probably thinking about markets 😂
What’s an item you can’t live without?
My water bottle. It’s my anxiety helper, my head pillow (yes, I literally rest on it), my little emotional lifeline — basically my everything. 😂

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
My role at Keshet is all about looking after our beautiful customers 🌈 I help with enquiries, requests, returns and exchanges, and anything else they might need along the way. I love being that friendly point of contact and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes ✨
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
I’m a very active soul and love keeping busy in my spare time 🥰 I play tennis, ride my bike, go to the gym, and create lifestyle videos sharing my life in beautiful Tasmania for my social media. I also absolutely love camping and exploring the stunning Tassie wilderness — it’s my happy place 🏕️🤍
What’s an item you can’t live without?
Movement! I honestly can’t live without being active 💕 Whether it’s skating, cycling, playing tennis or going to the gym, I always need to be doing something. It keeps me energised, happy and feeling my best ✨

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
I'm the Junior Graphic Designer on the creative team. I started in late 2025, and I have already learnt so much working alongside the amazing creatives!
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
When I'm not working, I enjoy working on freelance projects, reading, and writing my debut novel! I also love to paint and collage.
What’s an item you can’t live without?
I can't live without books! Whether it's audio while driving or 5mins in a waiting room, I will be reading or writing. It helps to calm my brain and recharge my creative battery.

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
I'm the Graphic Designer on the Keshet creative team. I'm glad to work here; it feels just like home!
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy crafting things like building mini houses or making resin accessories. I also like gaming; I've recently been obsessed with building houses in Sims 4!
What’s an item you can’t live without?
Spicy food! It's the best thing in the world! Not only does it make me feel energised, but it also helps me fend off the cold. I start to miss it if I don't have it for a while.

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
I would call Keshet a family. Everyone here supports each other. Our great team uses all their skills to boost our working performance, and I have learned a lot here.
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I like to watch movies, listen to music, and play video games.
What’s an item you can’t live without?
I can’t live without my phone. It feels like the world is happening in this small device!

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
My journey at Keshet started 16 years ago at Salamanca Market. We started the business at Salamanca Market, and slowly over the years, we flourished, grew, and developed into what we are today. I am so grateful and proud of what we have achieved over the years. To have a business that supports our communities all around is amazing.
My role in Keshet is spread through the business in many aspects. Most of my role is in the warehouse, dispatch, and receiving cargoes. I also support our team in any problems and issues that need addressing all around the business. I am good at solving problems.
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love to do gardening, yoga, and soccer. I pretend that I am a farmer one day a week if I have time.
What’s an item you can’t live without?
The item that I wear the most and love is the neck scarf. I love to be cosy on a frosty morning.

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
I started as Dispatch 4 years ago and became a Warehouse Manager at Keshet after 2 years. It has been an incredible journey of growth and learning. From inventory management to executing efficient order fulfilment, I've had the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company's operations. It’s also about being part of a team dedicated to delivering exclusive and ethical clothing to customers who appreciate the comfort, versatility, and fun style that Keshet provides.
Throughout my journey, I've had the chance to work with an amazing team, mentor new staff members, and develop my leadership skills with guidance and support from my superiors. I’m honored to be part of the Keshet family and excited to continue playing a key role in driving warehouse excellence.
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
Make memories with my family, Reconnect with friends, Host unforgettable karaoke nights that bring everyone together, Indulge in online shopping sprees, Get lost in a good book and catch up on my reading list, Unwind with a relaxing Netflix session!
What’s an item you can’t live without?
I can't live without basic cosmetics and perfume because they help me feel confident and more put together. They're an essential part of my daily self-care routine and help me feel like the best version of myself!

Tell us about your journey at Keshet - what is your role here?
I started with Keshet in late 2025 and really loved the energy and vibes I got from my first visit here. I work in dispatch, where we pack all your awesome orders. I love seeing the outfit combos people pick and spotting those repeat names pop up 🫶
What things do you like to do in your spare time?
I love spending time with my boys at home with our ducks. I also enjoy growing fruit and veggies in my garden. When I’m not with my boys, you’ll probably find me at a reformer class 🧘
What’s an item you can’t live without?
I probably couldn’t live without a hoodie. I’m cold-blooded and will never be caught without some sort of jacket 🧥
