Orders

I have just placed an order but accidentally ordered the wrong size/style! How can I change this before you send it to me?

Not to worry! Please contact our amazing admin team as soon as possible, at admin@keshet.com.au. If we have not yet sent your order, we can update this for you straight away to ensure that you receive the correct item / size! 

Can I shop in-store? I want to try before I buy!

Of course! We would love to see you in our gorgeous Salamanca Market Boutique every Saturday.

Do you accept Afterpay?

We sure do! We offer Afterpay on all orders over $100.

I’ve placed an order. How long will it take for you to send it?

Thanks for placing an order gorgeous! We endeavour to send out all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that during busy Sale periods, your order may take up to 4-7 business days to be dispatched. 

I am a brand new customer and have tried to use the “COLOURME” discount code, but it didn’t work. Help!

Our COLOURME discount can only be used on New Arrivals items over $100, and expires 14 days from the day you receive this code. If you have met these requirements and your code still does not work, please reach out to our amazing admin team on admin@keshet.com.au and we’d be happy to help!

I would love my very own made-to-order product! Can I commission you to create my very own unique item?

Unfortunately we do not offer Custom Orders, all our pieces are designed in house and are ethically manufactured in India, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Oh no! My garment has a fault. What should I do?

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear this! Please email photos to our lovely team at admin@keshet.com.au and we will investigate this for you as soon as possible!

Will you be increasing your size range?

We are always working on improving our brand, and that includes more inclusivity for people of all sizes! We have recently increased much of our size range to a 3XL (AU 22-24), and we hope to continue increasing our sizes in the future!

How do I know what size I am in your products?

Each of our products have been carefully measured to ensure you find your PERFECT fit! You can check out these detailed measurements in the “Garment Measurement” tab of each product.  Please check your own measurements against this chart to make sure you are buying the right size for you!

Where are your products designed?

All of our gorgeous Keshet collections are designed here in beautiful Tasmania, from the very first concept to the final product. Our team of creatives designs each season's collection of exclusive prints. We then have our printers expose our artwork and print it onto our selection of quality fabrics, ranging from cotton jersey to lush corduroy. During this creation process, we only produce as much as we need. This ensures that there is no wastage, and each collection is a limited edition.

Where are your products manufactured?

We ethically manufacture our beautiful Keshet pieces overseas in India, Thailand, and Indonesia. Melodie, our founder and CEO, regularly travels to meet and connect with our manufacturers ensuring each of our garments is handmade for you with love. 

How best should I wash / care for my Keshet items?

Each fabric has unique washing care instructions, which you can find on the wash tag on the inside of the product. 

Generally speaking though, we advise that you to wash all Keshet garments on a cold, gentle machine wash. For more delicate items like our Popcorn Over Top however, we suggest that you wash this style in a washbag to prolong it’s gorgeous life even further! 

I love this product but I don’t know how to style it!

My size is out of stock! Will you be restocking this?

We often restock our most popular styles with new prints/colours! Make sure you are signed up for our newsletter so that you will be the first to know about our new releases and potential restocks!

I really love an older style of yours! Will you ever be bringing this style back?

Our range is always limited and exclusive to avoid overstocking. We offer the last chance products in our gorgeous Outlet range to ensure that everything sells out! Smaller batches and print runs mean your clothing remains unique with less waste for our planet! To be notified of any restocks, please be sure to sign up to our Newsletter to stay in the loop!

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, we want anyone and everyone to have access to our gorgeous brand! We ship all of our international orders through DHL Express. To access these international shipping rates, please type in your address at checkout and you will receive the exact shipping cost for your area. 

*Please note that we are not liable for any international Customs fees. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We sure do! Please enter your PO Box in the delivery address section at checkout and AU Post will deliver to your requested PO Box. 

What kind of packaging do you use?

Each order is packed inside your very own Keshet silk bag and is sent in a fully compostable post satchel!

Returns & Exchanges

I need to return an item that I purchased online. How do I do this?

Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-4 business days. 

I purchased something from the Salamanca Market Boutique but I would like to return it. How do I do this?

Not a problem at all! Please get in touch with our amazing admin team on admin@keshet.com.au to discuss your options for your return!

Can I return $49 & Under items?

Items from our $49 & Under Collection are final sale and unfortunately, cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit (unless deemed as faulty by our team).
