Here at Keshet, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We wish for you to enjoy rocking your outfits as much as we enjoyed creating them for you. We understand that sometimes things bought online just don't suit. So if you are not 100% in love with your piece of Keshet, we are more than happy to help out!

Please read the below return information carefully before you start your return process. 

All item/s must be in original condition with tags attached and must not have be worn, altered or washed.

Please be aware we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on $49 & Under items. These are final sale, and please choose carefully.

Return Periods:

RETURNS FOR INSTANT AND STANDARD REFUNDS* are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT* are accepted within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Items received outside of these periods may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

If you choose a label from us the flat rate is $10 AUD. This shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, store credit or exchange value. 

For Exchanges you will also be invoiced a flat rate of $10 once we received your return, to send your exchange goodies back out to you. This is to ensure both ways of shipping is covered for your exchange.

Alternatively, select the option to send your items back via your own carrier and include a pre-paid post bag for us to use to send your exchange item back out to you. 

Please make sure to include your invoice or name and order number somewhere on your return so we can identify you!

*We also DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any Face Masks or Earrings due to hygienic reasons. 

*We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent and returned at your cost. Keshet is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Processing Times

We've partnered with Refundid to offer customers instant refunds for their online returns! Once you have entered your order number and email in our portal, simply select “Instant Refund” as your return option when prompted to get started and log into your Refundid Account to receive an instant refund. 

Value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed.

For all other Returns, your return will be processed by our team as soon as we have received it back. 

Once your return/exchange has been received by our team, your items will undergo a quality review. After it is cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. 

We do our best to process refunds as soon as they are approved, but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

Returns Portal Q&A

Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

*Remember to include the original invoice from your order or your name and order number in with your return parcel

How can I ship my return back?

Follow the prompts and either send it back with a carrier of your own choosing, or download a label from us! Our return shipping fee of $10 AUD which will be deducted from your refund, store credit or exchange value. For Exchanges you will also be invoiced a flat rate of $10 once we received your return, to send your exchange goodies back out to you. This is to ensure both ways of shipping is covered for your exchange.

Don’t have a printer? 

No problem! All of our Australian return labels have QR codes on them. Simply present the digital copy of the label at your local post office for scanning and Australia Post will take care of the rest.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed. Store credits and exchanges are issued instantly on our end, but standard refunds can sometimes take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank.

Exchanges through the portal:

After clicking through the relevant prompts for your exchange, you will be required to record which item / size you would like to exchange for in the text box provided. From here, you can submit your return request and send your item back to us. Once we receive your return, we will create you a new order with your exchange item / size and send you an invoice for the return shipping. After we have received this shipping payment, we will send out your exchange item/s as soon as possible!

Standard Refunds / Store Credit Requests through the portal: 

Enter all relevant information into our returns portal and follow the prompts. Select your relevant return option (Standard Refund or Store Credit) and the items you wish to return. After clicking through the relevant prompts you can finalise your request and download your return shipping label directly from the portal.

In-Store/Online Purchases

Please note we are unable to process online returns/exchanges to our Salamanca Boutique.  Returns for items purchased through Keshet Online are only accepted via post and not in person. Keshet online does not accept postal returns on items purchased in store. Similarly, stores are unable to process returns or offer credit notes for purchases made at Keshet Online.

Sale & Discount Offers Promotions

We cannot apply discounts from past sales/promotions.

These offers are available in-store and online. Only one discount applied per customer transaction. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Not valid on lay-by or gift-cards or redeemable on past orders. Items may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund of price paid. Credit and refunds are subject to adjustment if minimum spend is not met when items in order are returned. For a limited time only. Offer not valid outside of promotion period.

*Please be aware we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on $49 & Under items (unless faulty). These are final sale so please choose carefully.

*$49 & Under items will not be accepted unless faulty or under conditions set by the Australian Consumer Law.

$49 & Under items that are returned due to change of mind (this includes but is not limited to; not liking the garment, incorrect size garment or accidentally ordered garments), or that do not meet the ACL criteria, may be denied return. All Final Sale / Clearance items will be marked as such on the product page under the "Description" tab.

Purchased an item from a Keshet stockist?

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms. Keshet cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased from a Keshet stockist.

Changes to your order?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we try our best!

If you have made an error in your delivery address please email us as soon as possible at admin@keshet.com.au with the correction.

Afterpay

For Afterpay users, refunds are adjusted to your final payment schedule.

If your entire order is refunded prior to your first payment being charged no payment will be taken for your order.
