Here at Keshet, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things just don't suit.
 
If unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at admin@keshet.com.au
We are happy for you to return the item/s to us for an exchange or credit voucher to the value of your return.
The item/s must be in original condition with tags and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We only provide refunds for faulty items. 
  
Please be aware we DO NOT accept change of mind returns or exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS ($10 and $20 baskets)
 
   
Please note, when exchanging items, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping the new stock to you (unless your item was faulty)
We are not responsible for items lost in transit, so we encourage you to use postage that includes tracking.
 
The fastest way to get your exchange is to include a pre-paid post pack with your return.
All returns must be made within 30 days.
 
Also, note we are unable to process online returns/exchanges to our Hobart shop.  
 

For Afterpay users, refunds are adjusted to your final payment schedule.

If your entire order is refunded prior to your first payment being charged no payment will be taken for your order.
