Here at Keshet, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We wish for you to enjoy rocking your outfits as much as we enjoyed creating them for you. We understand that sometimes things bought online just don't suit. So if you are not 100% in love with your piece of Keshet, we are more than happy to help out!

Shopping Online or In Store:

Please note we are unable to process online returns/exchanges to our Hobart Boutique.  Returns for items purchased through Keshet online are only accepted via post and not in person. Keshet online does not accept postal returns on items purchased in store. Similarly, stores are unable to process returns or offer credit notes for purchases made at Keshet Online. 


Online Returns & Exchanges

If unhappy with your online purchase, please see the back of your invoice and fill it out accordingly to include with your parcel.

Please note we only offer refunds for full priced items.

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS for full priced items only are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES/ CREDIT NOTES are accepted within 30 days.

Items received outside this period may not be accepted.

RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS (Including orders purchased with a discount code)
Sale items or items purchased with a discount code can be returned for an exchange or credit only, within 30 days of purchase. 

No refunds will be given on sale items/discount code items.

Please be aware we DO NOT returns or exchanges on TAKE ME AWAY items ($10 & $20). These are final sale, please choose carefully.

All item/s must be in original condition with tags attached and must not have been worn, altered or washed.


Once your return/exchange has been received, your items will undergo a quality review. After it is cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. We do our best to process refunds as soon as they are approved, but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent at your cost. Keshet is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

In Store Returns & Exchanges

If you have purchased an item from our Hobart or Salamanca Boutique, you can return your item to the Hobart outlet with your proof of purchase for an exchange or credit note within 14 days (*excluding Clearance which is final sale). 

All item/s must be in original condition with tags attached and must not have been worn, altered or washed.


Purchased an item from a Keshet stockist?

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms. Keshet cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased from a Keshet stockist.


Changes to your order?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we try our best!

If you have made an error in your delivery address please email us as soon as possible at with the correction.



For Afterpay users, refunds are adjusted to your final payment schedule.

If your entire order is refunded prior to your first payment being charged no payment will be taken for your order.
