CUSTOMER RATINGS AND REVIEWS TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern your conduct and use associated with the Customer Ratings and Review service (the “CRR Service”) offered by Keshet Design, which should be read in conjunction with Keshet Design's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which are expressly incorporated herein. To the extent of any inconsistency between the latter referenced documents and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with respect to the CRR Service.

By submitting any content to Keshet Design as part of the CRR Service ("Content") you accept, and agree to abide by, all of the terms and conditions set out herein and represent and warrant that:

1. You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights contained therein;

2. All "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you and you do not require that any personally identifying information be used in connection with the Content that you submit, or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates thereto;

3. All Content that you post is relevant and accurate (where it states facts) and genuinely held (where it states opinion);

4. You understand you are participating in a public forum and that your Content will be available to others;

5. You are at least 16 years old , and if you are a minor, that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to submit the Content and agree to these Terms of Use; and

6. Use of the Content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause any damage, loss or injury to anyone. You further represent and warrant that you shall not submit any Content:

7. That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;

8. That infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

9. That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);

10. That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, obscene, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased, offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to anyone;

11. For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;

12. That is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person-;

13. That impersonates any person, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person-;

14. That includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information, phone numbers or other personally identifiable information in respect of any individual; or

15. That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

Keshet Design will not accept Content from you unless you are a registered user of our website.

You agree to indemnify and hold Keshet Design (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, harmless from all claims, demands, costs and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown including legal fees, arising out of a breach of these Terms of Use, a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any Content that you submit, you grant Keshet Design a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such Content and/or incorporate such Content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you or anyone else. This license will survive the termination of these Terms of Use and your use of the Keshet Design website. To the extent permitted by law, Keshet Design (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers) hereby expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Content including, without limitation any liability for loss of revenue, loss or interruption of business or loss of data.

Keshet Design expressly excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any Content submissions or the CRR Service by any person in contravention of these Terms of Use. All Content that you submit is not confidential and may be used by or on behalf of

Keshet Design, in any manner, form, medium or technology, at Keshet Design’s sole discretion. Keshet Design may or may not pre-screen Content. However, Keshet Design and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, change, condense or delete any content on and of the Keshet Design websites (including, without limitation, the Content) that Keshet Design deems, in its sole discretion, to violate its content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use, or is otherwise objectionable. Keshet Design will try to publish as many Content submissions as possible but it does not guarantee that all Content submissions will be published. Keshet Design does not guarantee that you will be able through Keshet Design to edit or delete any Content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments (based on your Content) are generally posted within two to four business days, but this is only an estimate and Keshet Design cannot guarantee how quickly Content will be posted. However, Keshet Design reserves the right to edit, remove or to refuse to post any submission of the Content or part thereof for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Keshet Design are solely responsible for the contents of the submitted Content (whether edited by Keshet Design or not). None of the Content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence or other restriction on use and publication on the part of Keshet Design, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees and Keshet Design and such parties shall have full and unimpeded authority and ability to publish, communicate, use and disseminate the Content as contemplated by these Terms of Use.

Although Content may be moderated by Keshet Design, it is under no obligation to anyone to oversee, monitor or moderate same and it may stop moderating at any time.

By submitting your email address in connection with your Content, you agree that Keshet Design and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative and marketing purposes. Keshet Design respects the importance of privacy and directs you to our Privacy Policy for further information.

Keshet Design may revise these Terms of Use at any time. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes made, as they are legally binding on you.

Any Content submitted to Keshet Design as part of the CRR Service may be used and published by Keshet Design on the Keshet Design website, or otherwise shared with Keshet Design’s affiliates to be used and published by them on their websites.

We value your opinion and can't wait to hear about all your product experiences. To make sure all of your beautiful reviews are published for other shoppers to view, you should comply with the following guidelines when submitting Content:

1. To make your opinion as valuable as possible to other shoppers, make sure you have worn the product before submitting your review.

2. Stay on topic. Let us know what you love a little about the product, what you love a lot, and why.

3. Tell us everything. Think about the features and benefits of the product and what you would have wanted to know before purchasing the product yourself.

4. Keep it simple. Not too long, not too short, just enough to help out your fellow shoppers. 70 – 300 words should have you on the money.

5. Embrace Keshet etiquette, and please avoid the following:

Inappropriate language. Please do not use profanities, racist or sexual slurs, prejudiced, libellous or unlawful comments, or terms of abuse.

Data and marketing communications about any company or persons, including yourself. Please do not include names, telephone numbers, email address etc in your review.

Mentions of other companies or websites.

Non-original material. Please do not post quotes, links or text that you have not written.

Statements pertaining to delivery, availability, careers or customer service. Please contact us directly if you have specific feedback or queries. Our Rating & Reviews service is for feedback on product only.

Reviews that do not comply with our review guidelines. Keshet Design will not edit words or phrases, therefore, any review containing the smallest amount of unacceptable content will not appear on the site.
